西线调水区水资源分析及可调水量商榷 被引量:5

Resource conditions and discussion on possible quantity of water transfered from the southwest to north China

摘要 为探讨西线南水北调可调水量 ,依据实地考察和有关资料 ,描述了调水区河流水系构成 ,统计了各调水线控制流域面积。分析了调水区气候条件、降水量时空变化特性、径流补给形式及径流时空变化特性等。估算了调水区不同高程点径流来水量。综合分析结果表明 ,调水区最大可能调出水量应控制在 1 0 0 0亿 m3左右。最后依据实地考察和对有关资料的分析理解 ,对大西线调水有关方案 (或设想 )提出了一些商榷性意见。 For the sake of discussing the possible quantity of water transfer from the southwest to north China, through the field investigation along the line of the Tibet southeast to the Sichuan northwest, and systematically analyzing relation data, river system in the source region of water transfer is described. Controllable watershed area of each water transfer plan is calculated. After the conditions of climate, space time characteristics of precipitation, supply types of runoff, space time characteristics of runoff are analyzed, runoff of the different elevation in water transfer zone is estimated in detail. The comprehensive analysis demonstrates that the maximum quantity of water transfer is below 100 billion m 3. Finally, several plans (or assumptions) of the water transfer from the Southwest to North China are discussed, some suggestions are brought out.
