重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗肿瘤患者口腔溃疡临床研究

Clinical study on recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)凝胶对肿瘤患者放化疗后并发口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:随机将214例肿瘤放化疗后并发口腔溃疡患者进行分组,治疗组116例rhEGF凝胶治疗,对照组98例0.5%碘伏液治疗,两组对照观察。结果:治疗组显效102例,有效14例,总有效率100%;对照组98例,显效42例,有效36例,无效20例,总有效率79.6%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:rhEGF凝胶对口腔溃疡创面具有明显促进愈合作用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of recombinant human epid er mal growth factor gel (rhEGF) on oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy and radiothe rapy. Methods: 214 patients were randomly divided into test group (n=116) receiv ing rhEGF gel and control group (n=98) receiving iodine. Results: The effective rate in test group was 100%, much higher than in control group (79.6%, P<0 .01). Conclusion: rhEGF gel can promote healing of oral ulcer induced by c hemotherapy and radiotherapy.
