前列腺电切术后出血预防护理体会

Experience in nursing of postoperative bleeding cases by electroectomy in the treatment of hyperplasia of prostate.

目的:探讨预防前列腺电切术后大出血的护理措施。方法:术后有效持续地冲洗膀胱,减少或减轻膀胱痉挛,防止腹压增加和术后感染。结果:42例患者中有2例发生术后出血,分别输血200ml、400ml,平均住院7d,患者均治愈出院。结论:认真观察和精心护理可预防和减少前列腺电切术后出血的发生。

Objective: To explore the prevention from massive hemorrhage a ft er electroectomy in the treatment of hyperplasia of prostate. Methods: maintaine d irrigation of bladder in order to release bladder spasm and reduce postoperati ve infection. Results: Postoperative bleed occurred in 2 cases of all 42 cases a nd cured after blood transfusion of 200ml and 400ml respectively. Conclusion: Ca reful observation and nursing can prevent and decrease the occurrence of postope rative bleeding.
