亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤24例临床护理

Nursing of severe craniocerebral trauma treated with subhypothermic therapy

目的:总结亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者护理经验。方法:回顾分析亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤36例临床资料。结果:36例中1例放弃治疗,12例恢复良好,9例轻残,5例重残,9例死亡。结论:亚低温治疗过程中,严密观察病情变化,做好并发症预防,可提高患者生存率,降低致残率。

Objective: To summarize the nursing experiences of severe craniocerebral trauma with subhypothermic therapy. Methods: Retrospective analysis was made in the subhypothermic therapy of 36 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Results: 12 patients recovered, 9 had slight disability, 5 had severe disability, 1 gave up and 9 were dead. Conclusion: Enhanced nursing , close observation and prevention from complication can improve the rate of survival and reduce disability.
