Nursing of 124 cases with full cerebral digital subtraction angiography via femoral artery

目的:探讨经股动脉穿刺全脑血管造影(DSA)术后护理经验。方法:对124例DSA术后患者,根据其临床表现及并发症,制定相应的观察项目和护理措施。结果:经精心护理,全部痊愈出院。结论:术后护理是DSA检查的重要组成部分,正确的护理方法能有效降低术后并发症发生。

Objective: To summarize the experiences of nursing for cases after DAS. Methods: Close observation and nursing approaches was carried out based on the clinical manifestation and complication of all cases. Results: All cases were discharged through the application of meticulous nursing. Conclusion: Postoperative nursing is one essential part of DSA. Appropriate approaches of nursing can effectively decrease complications.
