胸腰椎爆裂骨折AF内固定42例临床护理体会

Nursing of the patients with burst fracture of thoracolumbar vertibra

目的:探讨胸腰椎爆裂骨折用AF(AtlasFixator)内固定手术治疗前后整体护理特点。方法:对42例胸腰椎爆裂骨折并不全截瘫患者行整体护理。结果:通过手术治疗和整体护理,所有患者压缩椎体基本恢复正常,恢复率达90%。结论:胸腰椎爆裂骨折选择适当的手术时机及整体护理是行AF内固定手术成功的重要保证。

Objective: To investigate the characters of nursing for the patients with burst facture of thoracolumbar vertibrea treated with Atlas fixation. Methods: Analysis of systemic nursing was made in the treatment of 42 patients with incomplete paraplegia caused by burst facture of thoracolumbar vertibrea. Results: All the patients recovered by operation and application of systemic nursing. The rate of rehabilitation reached 90%. Conclusion: It is important to find the suitable time to do operation and apply the systemic nursing when Atlas fixation was selected.
