明胶海绵对深静脉留置导管渗血18例止血效果观察

Observation on the effective outcome of hemostasis by gelatin sponge in 18 cases of oozing of blood caused by deep intravenous integrated catheter

目的:探讨明胶海绵对深静脉留置导管穿刺口渗血的止血效果。方法:将36例留置导管合并穿刺口渗血的血液净化患者随机分为观察组和对照组各18例,分别在留置导管时或拔管后给予明胶海绵和无菌纱块按压穿刺口,观察两组止血效果,并采取相应护理措施。结果:观察组止血效果明显优于对照组。结论:留置导管穿刺口渗血时采用明胶海绵局部止血,止血效果好,是留置导管穿刺口渗血时的有效止血方法。

Objective: To explore the effective outcome of hemostasis by gelatin sponge in oozing of blood caused by deep intravenous integrated catheter. Methods: 36 patients with combined oozing of blood both in catheter and puncturing point were randomly divided into observation group (18 cases) and control group (18 cases). Gelatin sponge and aseptic gauze were respectively used for hemostasis by pressing in catheterizing and withdrawing and the effective outcome was observed. Results: The effective outcome was better in the observation group than that in the control group. Conclusion: It is more effective to use gelatin sponge for hemostasis in oozing of blood in puncturing point.
