选择性动脉内化疗治疗颅内恶性肿瘤的护理

Nursing in the treatment of malignant intracranial tumors by selective intra-arterial chemotherapy

目的:总结选择性动脉内化疗治疗颅内恶性肿瘤的护理经验。方法:对25例行选择性动脉内化疗的颅内恶性肿瘤患者,术前做好心理护理,术后严密观察。结果:25例行选择性动脉内化疗患者无1例发生不良反应。结论:神经介入选择性动脉内导管化疗术操作简单、用时短、创伤小、可重复,且能减轻化疗的不良反应,做好术前心理护理和术后监护,可收到较好疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To summarize the experience of nursing in the treatment of malignant intracranial tumors by selective intra-arterial chemotherapy.Methods: The preoperative psycho-nursing and postoperative close observation was applied to 25 patients who received intra-arterial chemotherapy.Results: No side effects occurred in all patients who had intra-arterial chemotherapy.Conclusion: Selective intra-arterial chemotherapy has more advantages of simple application,short time consuming,slight wound and repeated therapy.Preoperative psycho-nursing and postoperative close observation can increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy.
