足月妊娠分娩后692例宫腔积血的原因分析与护理

Analysis of postpartum hematocele in uterine cavity in 692 parturients with term pregnancy and nursing

目的:探讨足月妊娠分娩(含剖宫产)后宫腔积血的原因及护理。方法:调查分析足月妊娠分娩后宫腔积血692例发生的原因,并进行针对性护理。结果:针对病因给予护理,所有发生宫腔积血产妇均康复出院。结论:产后宫腔积血与分娩方式、妊娠合并症等因素有关,针对性的护理可促进产妇康复。

Objective: To explore and analyze the causes of postpartum hematocele in uterine cavity(including cesarean section) and nursing care. Methods: The investigation was conducted to 692 parturients on the causes of postpartum hematocele in uterine cavity and the proper nursing care was adopted. Results: All parturients were recovered through the appropriate nursing care according to the causes. Conclusion: Postpartum hematocele in uterine cavity has something to do with the pattern of delivery and complication of pregnancy.
