对儿科急诊患儿及家属实施亲情护理的体会

Experience in conducting kindred-like nursing in the emergency department of pediatrics

目的:探讨儿科急诊亲情护理的效果。方法:将2005年1月份住院观察患儿设为对照组,实施传统的功能制护理;2月份住院观察患儿设为实验组,实施亲情护理,出院时问卷调查患者对诊治时间、疾病知识及护理服务质量的满意度。结果:实验组各项满意度均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:亲情护理提高了整体护理质量,优于功能制护理。

Objective: To explore the effect of kindred-like nursing in the emergency department of pediatrics. Methods: The sick children, admitted in Jan. and Feb. 2005, were respectively taken as control group and experimental group. The kindred-like nursing was adopted in the experimental group and traditional functional nursing was given in the control group. The questionnaire investigation was made in length of hospitalization, command of health knowledge as well as satisfaction of nursing quality. Results: The indexes in the experiment group were all higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The kindred-like nursing effectively increases the quality of nursing care in the whole nursing course.
