Gamma钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的护理

Nursing care of the patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur by application of Gamma nail.

目的:探讨应用Gamm a钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的护理。方法:对60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用Gamm a钉内固定,术前、术后给予精心护理,积极行早期功能锻炼。结果:本组患者术后1~2周下地活动,随访6~18个月,除1例骨折移位、2例复位不理想、1例继发股骨颈骨折外,其余效果满意。结论:对Gamm a钉内固定治疗股骨颈粗隆间骨折患者进行正确合理的围术期护理是减少并发症、提高成功率的重要保证。

Objective: To discuss the nursing care of patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur by application of Gamma nail.Methods: The comprehensive nursing care was given to 60 patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur by application of Gamma nail preoperatively and postoperatively.The dirigation was conducted to the patients at early stage after the operation.Results: All the patients could get out of bed and move around in 1-2 week after operation.The effective outcome was generally satisfied except for one case of displacement, 2 cases of reduction failure and one case of secondary fracture of neck of femur.Conclusion: The Correct and proper nursing measures in perioperative period can decrease complications and increase the rate of success of the operation.
