^(153)Sm-EDTMP治疗多发性骨转移癌骨痛89例临床护理

Clinical nursing care in the treatment of 89 patients with bone pain due to multiple metastatic bone cancer with ^(153)Sm-EDTMP

目的:探讨153钐-乙二胺四甲基膦酸(153Sm-EDTMP)治疗多发性骨转移癌骨痛的疗效及护理。方法:对89例多发性骨转移癌患者静脉注射153Sm-EDTMP18.5~37 MBq/kg,每月治疗1次,3次为1疗程。结果:本组153Sm-EDTMP治疗后骨痛完全缓解57例,部分缓解19例,无效13例,总缓解率85.4%。153Sm-EDTMP对轻、中?重度骨痛均有效,与疼痛级别无关(P>0.05)。结论:153Sm-EDTMP对治疗多发性骨转移癌有良好的止痛效果,积极实施各项护理操作,引导患者摆脱疼痛意识,减少不良反应的发生,可明显提高骨转移癌患者的生活质量。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Samarium 153 ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid(153Sm-EDTMP) and nursing care in the treatment of patients with bone pain due to multiple metastatic bone cancer.Methods: Intravenous injection of 153Sm-EDTMP(18.5 ～ 37,MBq / kg) was given to 89 patients with bone pain due to multiple metastatic bone cancer,once a month,3 times for one course of treatment.Results: Fifty seven patients had complete remission in bone pain,19 patients had partial remission and no effective in 13 patients.The total remission rate was 85.4%.153Sm-EDTMP was effective in the treatment of light,medium and severe bone pain,and it had nothing to do with the degree of pain(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 153Sm-EDTMP has a good analgesic effect on the treatment of multiple metastatic bone cancer.And active nursing care can help patients get rid of stress in pain and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,which can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients.
