复方青黛片治疗难治性急性早幼粒细胞白血病32例不良反应护理

Nursing care of patients with adverse reactions induced by taking compound natural indigo tablets in the treatment of refractory and acute promyelocytic leukemia

目的:探讨复方青黛片治疗难治性急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)不良反应的护理方法。方法:用纯中药制剂复方青黛片治疗难治性APL 32例,对其不良反应进行临床观察和护理。结果:本组患者中完全缓解30例,未缓解2例;其中不良反应8例,占25.00%。结论:加强对患者的临床观察,耐心细致地做好心理护理,是提高复方青黛片临床疗效和安全性的关键。

Objective: To study the adverse reactions induced by taking compound natural indigo tablets and nursing methods in the treatment of refractory and acute promyelocytic leukemia.Methods: Thirty two patients with APL were treated with oral compound natural indigo tablets.The clinical observation on its adverse reactions was made and nursing care was provided.Results: Thirty patients had complete remission,two patients had no remission;of which eight patients had adverse reactions,accounting for 25.00%.Conclusion: Strengthening clinical observations and applying psychological care patiently and carefully is the key to improving clinical efficacy and safety in taking compound natural indigo tablets.
