摘要
目的:探讨家属健康教育对老年肺结核患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例肺结核患者按住院号的先后顺序分为两组各30例,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,两组患者均在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育。在患者入院时及入院后第6周,采用生活质量指数评定量表,分别对两组患者生活质量进行评分并记录。结果:观察组总体生活质量明显高于对照组,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01);观察组总体生活质量明显高于入院时,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对老年肺结核患者家属同步实施健康教育,可提高家属的照顾水平及配合程度,进而提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To study the effect of health education to the family members on quality of life of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: Sixty hospitalized elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission sequence number.Odd numbers and even numbers were respectively taken as observation group and control group(30 cases in each group).The patients in both groups received routine treatment and were given regular health education at the same time;the health education to the family members was implemented synchronously in observation group based on the methods in control group.Index rating scale of quality of Life was used to score the patients' quality of life and it was recorded respectively in the two groups when the patients were admitted to hospital and the sixth month of hospitalization.Results: The overall quality of life of the patients was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group,with a very significant difference(P<0.01);the overall quality of life in hospital was significantly higher than that on admission and there was also a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: Synchronous implementation of health education to family members of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the care and co-ordination from family members and patient's quality of life as well.
