妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

Effects study of Gynecology Qianjin Capsule on chronic pelvic infection

目的 :观察妇科千金片剂改为胶囊剂后的临床疗效、主治范围及不良反应。方法 :选用妇科千金胶囊及其片剂分别作为试验组 (70例)和对照组 (40例 )治疗慢性盆腔炎 ,对比观察两组的疗效和副作用。结果 :妇科千金胶囊组的总显效率、总有效率分别为 71 .4% ,98.6% ,其总显效率以及对症状、体征的改善均优于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5) ,血、尿、便及心、肝、肾功能等安全性检测未见不良反应。结论 :妇科千金胶囊服用安全 ,较千金片疗效优 ,用量少 。

Objective: It is to observe the efficacy, therapeutic scope and side-effect of Gynecology Qianjin Capsule. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with chronic pelvic infection were randomly divided into two groups. Seventy patients in the experimental group were treated with Gynecology Qianjin Capsule and forty patients in the control group were treated with Gynecology Qianjin Tablet. The curative effects and the side effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total notable effective rate and the total effective rate in the experimental group were respectively 71.4% and 98.4%. The total notable effective rate, as well as the improvement of symptoms and physical signs, were better than that in the control group ( P <0.05) and the side-effect were not found in the safe-coefficient-test of blood, urine, stool as well as heart, liver, kidney function and so on. Conclusion: Compared with Gynecology Qianjin Tablet, Gynecology Qianjin Capsule has advantages, which include safe-coefficient, convenient, better effect and less dose.
