异丙酚加山莨菪碱对人工流产术循环的影响

Effect of propofol combined with raceanisodamine on circulation of patients undergoing artificial abortion

目的 :观察异丙酚加山莨菪碱对人工流产手术患者循环的影响。方法 :将 1 2 0例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组用异丙酚加山莨菪碱治疗 ,对照组用异丙酚 ,麻醉期间观察效果及不良反应 ,并监测ECG ,BP,HR ,Sp(O2 )。结果 :两组HR与基础值比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,观察组HR明显高于基础值 ,对照组HR明显低于基础值 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :异丙酚加山莨菪碱用于人工流产术 。

Objective: It is to observe the effects of propofol combined with raceanisodamine on circulation when patients undergoing artificial abortion. Methods: One?hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with propofol and raceanisodamine and the control group was treated with propofol only during anesthesia. Results: HR of two groups were significantly different from the baselines after anesthesia. Notably, HR of treatment group was higher and HR of control group was lower than baselines. Conclusion: Propofol combined with raceanisodamine can prevent brachycardia and increased relaxation of cervix during operation.
