摘要
利用柱层析及高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）对穿心莲地上部分的乙酸乙酯提取物进行了分离，分离出９种二萜内酯类化合物和１种主要存在于根部的黄酮类化合物，利用１３Ｃ－ＮＭＲ等对各种化合物的结构进行了确证．
Acetic ether extract of andrographis on earth surface was separated by colmn chromatography and HPLC in this paper.Nine kinds of diter pene ester and one kind of flavonoid were gaind.The structure of each composition was identified by 13C-NMR.
