落叶松化浆黑液及木素的缓蚀性能试验

The Performance Testing on Corrosion Inhibition ofLarch Sulfqte Pulping Black Liquor and Lignin

本文从落叶松硫酸盐法制浆黑液中采用不同絮凝剂提取木素后，再用黑液及提取的木素对４５号钢及６２号铜试片做缓蚀性能试验，获得可靠数据，证明木素具有良好的缓蚀性能，可制取缓蚀剂。

Reliable datum on Corrosion inhibition of lignin have been achieved through serial tests.The detail methods as follows:different kinds of flocculant were used in extracting lignin in larch Sulfate pulping black liquor,then,corrosion inhibition tests were made on 2 slices with black liquor and the extracted lignin.One of the 2 slices was made of steel No.45,the other one was made of copper No.62.The result shows that the lignin with excellent corrosion inhibition can be utilized to make corrosion inhibitor.
