摘要
针对6130Q柴油机的噪声辐射,对发动机辐射噪声及主辐射表面(机体及油底壳)的振动进行台架试验与谱分析,确定主辐射源是油底壳。有限元动态分析得出主辐射频率下的振型和主辐射部位,局部加筋后计算表明:在主辐射部位加筋能有效地抑制振动幅度。后推出加网格筋的实施方案,实施后对降噪有良好的效果。
Aimed at noise radiation of diesel engine 6130Q,rig tests and spectral analysis on engine radiating noises and vibration of main radiation surfaces (the engine body and the oil pan) are carried out,and it is made certain that the main radiation source is the oil pan.Vibration modes and main radiation locations are gotten by the dynamic finite elements analysis,and it is shown by calculating results that reinforcement on the main radiation locations can effectively reduces vibration amplitudes.Thus griding ribs are adopted,and have a good effect on reducing noises.
