摘要
设计了汽车转向器齿杆硬度全自动测试分选系统,该系统是一个基于里氏硬度测试原理,综合采用微机测试技术、步进电机驱动技术及气动技术的复杂系统,解决了齿杆硬度在线自动测试分选的难题。文章详细介绍了该系统中控制系统的设计,包括整体控制流程、齿杆的位置检测和运动控制、测试装置的动作控制,并探讨了影响测试精度的因素。控制系统在主机统一控制下工作,工作流程的变化及时间分配的变化均可通过修改软件实现,便于调试、维修及扩充测试品种。
The full automatic vehicle steering gear rack hardness testing and selecting system is developed.The system is a complicated system based on Brinell hardness testing principle,synthesized microcomputer-testing technology, stepping motor driving technology and pneumatic technology which realizes in-line automatic testing and selecting.In the paper,development of the control system of the equipment is introduced in detail,including general control procedures,rack position measuring and movement control,and altion control of testing equipment's.And factors influering testing accuracy are also discussed.The control system runs under host machine's uniform control,and operation procedure and time allocation can be changed by modifying the software,so it is conveninent to debug,maintain and expand testing products.
