摘要
本文介绍了烟草企业销售主题数据仓库的构建方法和运用数据挖掘技术深入进行客户分析、市场分析、产品分析、促销分析、预警分析的思路 ,论述烟草企业运用数据挖掘技术 ,提高企业信息管理水平 ,是使企业建立以客户为中心的经营模式和提高企业竞争力的支撑。
The thesis briefly introduces the construction techniques of sale related databank for tobacco businesses and thorough customer analysis with these techniques to make, market analysis, product analysis, promotion analysis and alarm analysis. We argue that the employment of data exploration technique aiming at the improvement of information management standard lends support to the establishment of customer centred operation mode and to the improvement of competitiveness of tobacco businesses.
