矛盾分析法是马克思主义分析和解决问题的根本方法。邓小平在社会主义建设新时期方法论上的重大贡献之一,是对矛盾分析法作了新的发挥。据此,作出了全面改革,对外开放等重大决策,并正确认识和处理了改革开放中的各种复杂关系。

Contradiction--analysis is the fundamental method for Marx to analyze and solve problems. One ofDeng Xiaoping's contributions in methodology in the socialist construction epic is his further development of contradiction--analysis. Hence, he made great decision on overall reform and open policy, and handled all complicated problems inthe reform.
