现代学校管理工作千头万绪,错综复杂。如何抓住中心工作以带动整体呢?本文仅从以下四个方面作浅显的分析:1.人本原理概述;2.分析研究教师的心理特点;3.摸清教师们的基本需要和特殊需要;4.应用激励机制满足教师的需求,以增强现代学校管理动力。
The modern school administration is a complicated one. This paper approaches it from four aspects: in-troduction of the modern school administration; analysis of psychology of teachers; understanding of teachers' basic andspecial demands; application of encouraging mechanism as motivation of the medern school administration.
