摘要
起落架是飞机降落过程中的主吸能结构部件,支腿则是起落架的主承力部件,其设计要求轻巧、结实、缓冲性好。文章通过分析起落架的工作特点,指出纤维增强复合材料制作支腿具有很大的优越性,并对飞机着陆工况进行了阐述,提出了计算方法和复合材料支腿的纤维铺层设计要点。
Landing gear is the main absorbing structural components in the process of landing of airplanes,and outriggers is the main load-bearing parts of the landing gear,the design of which demands lightweight,strong and good buffer.Through analyzing the working characteristics of the landing gear,this paper draws a conclusion that making outriggers from fiber reinforced composites has great superiority,describes the conditions of the landing of aircrafts,and puts forward calculation methods and design points of the fibers sheets of the outriggers made from composite.
