锌浸出渣的微波干燥与常规干燥对比实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章对比研究了湿法锌冶金常规工艺浸出渣的微波干燥和常规烘干,分析了微波功率和烘干温度对锌浸出渣湿基含水率的影响。结果表明,当基含水率降低10%时,119~700W的功率条件下微波干燥至湿所需时间为4.5~12min,90℃~110℃温度条件烘干处理时间为120~160min。微波干燥处理时间为烘干的1/30~1/40。 Comparative experiments of microwave irradiation and conventional drying of Zinc leached residues were completed in this work.The effect of microwave power and bake temperature of the tow drying methods were analyzed.The results indicated that when the Wet basis moisture content are done to 10%,the drying time of microwave drying under power of 119 to 700W are 4.5~12 min;the drying time of oven drying under temperature of 90 to 110 ℃ are 120~160 min.the treatment time of microwave drying are merely 1/30~1/40 compared by the oven drying treatment.
