摘要
文章指出员工绩效考评具有模糊性、非线性和不确定性三重特点。利用BP人工神经网络高维非线性映射能力,实现员工工作业绩与考评档次之间的映射功能。仿真实验结果表明,将BP神经网络应用于员工绩效的考评工作中,排除了员工绩效考评工作的主观性,使员工绩效考评工作更加科学。
This paper analyzes three features from the aspects of obscurity,nonlinearity and non-determinacy of performance evaluation of staffs.By means of the capacity of higher dimensional nonlinear mapping of BP neural network,it can achieve the mapping function between job performance of staffs and their performance evaluation levels.It is indicated from the simulation experiment that BP neural network will be put in practice of the work of performance evaluation of staffs,which can exclude the subjectivity of the evaluation work and enable the evaluation work more scientific.
