摘要
顾客满意是21世纪营销的新发展,CS战略以顾客为中心,以增强企业的竞争力为目的。顾客满意是一个企业长期发展、最终追求的目标。文章结合实地考察芙蓉江景区存在的一些影响顾客满意度的问题,拟在CS策划中找出它的不足,依照一定的原则,进行CS策划,让景区的工作围绕顾客来进行。
