高职院校如何做好学生就业的全程化指导

随着高职教育的连年扩招及2008年金融危机的到来,学生的就业遭遇了前所未有的困境,很多学生一毕业即失业。虽然自2009年后,国内经济逐渐恢复,学生的就业形势有所好转,但学生就业率低及就业状况不理想等现象仍然存在,因此加强对高职学生的就业指导就显得尤为重要。大多数高职院校的就业指导仅通过几次就业指导课完成,没有贯穿于整个管理过程之中。现需要改变学生临近毕业,却对就业市场一无所知,面对职场一片茫然的现状,因此,应充分做好学生全程化就业指导工作。

With the enrollment expansion years and years of higher vocational education and the arrival of the financial crisis in 2008,the students'employment encountered unprecedented difficulties,many students becomes unemployment soon after graduate.Although since 2009,the domestic economy gradually recovered,student employment situation improved a little,but the student employment rate and employment situation is not ideal,and so the problem still exists,so strengthen career guidance for students is particularly important.Most of the employment of Vocational Guidance Career Guidance only through a few classes to complete,not throughout the whole management process.Students now need to change before graduation,but then know nothing about the job market,facing a loss of the old workplace like;do students work full employment guide.
