卵母细胞体外培养系统的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近几年人类未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)成为辅助生殖技术(ART)的研究热点,但迄今各种培养系统的成熟率、受精率和妊娠率仍较低,IVM技术仍处于实验阶段,尚不能常规应用于临床。如何获得一个稳定的具有较高成功率的培养系统成为需要迫切解决的问题。现就IVM培养系统和有关影响因素的研究进展作一综述。
