摘要 目的为缓解学生人数急剧增加引起的《基础护理学》技能课教学环境不能满足教学需要的矛盾。方法在 2 0 0 0年《基础护理学》教学中 ,将大的阶梯型教室改建为多媒体教室 ,并采用现场摄像、大屏幕播放为主的多媒体教学方式。结果本年学生的技能操作平均成绩与前一年学生的平均成绩的差异无显著意义。结论该方法能满足大教室学生的技能操作教学要求 ,具有表现力强、受控性好。 Objective To relief the contradiction of teaching and learning rising from the large quantities of students on skill teaching of fundamental nursing. Method A new kind of multimedia instruction method - lively video and display on large screen was introduced. Besides the amphitheater was rebuilt into a multimedia classroom for the students of this year. Result There was no significant difference between students' average skill score of this year and the last year. Conclusion The multimedia method can meet the need of skill training for the large quantities of student, and have the merits of being good for expressing, ease control and good for practice.
