自动声讯系统中经常遇到语音报数功能 ,据此 ,深入分析了数字汉语发音规律 ,总结编制出算法框图 ,对基于 VC++和 Dialogic语音卡若干开发要点进行探讨 ,并在多个工程项目中应用。

Sound counting is often used in the system of Automatic Voice Information (AVI).This paper gives a profound analysis on rules of Chinese numbers' pronunciation as well as a description of an algorithm.Some key points for its development based on VC++ and Dialogic Voicecard are also given.
