摘要
城市生活垃圾已日益成为一个污染环境、困扰人类的社会问题。焚烧垃圾进行发电可达到垃圾处理减量化、资源化、无害化的治理目标。哈尔滨垃圾发电厂是利用中日绿色援助计划在我国兴建的第一座垃圾焚烧余热利用示范工程。阐述了国内外垃圾发电技术的发展概况、该厂垃圾发电技术原理、工艺流程、烟灰渣的处理方式以及DCS自动控制系统的特点。并对我国垃圾治理模式面临的主要问题进行了分析 。
Reviews the general develpment of refuse power generation technology both inside and outside china, details the principle and flowchart of refuse power generation process, and the disposal of ashes as and the special features of DCS automatic control system as well, analyses the major problems related to the handling of refuses in china, and suggests feasible solutions to these problems.
