An Economic Analysis on Capital Inflow in the Western Development

西部大开发的核心是资本流入 ,鉴于西部目前现状 ,政府只能采取“政府补贴市场”机制 ,对进入西部的投资主体进行补贴 ,提高资本收益率 ,从而可以利用市场机制实现资源配置 ,最终实现西部大开发的战略目标。

The core of the Western Development is capital inflow. In light of the status quo of the west region, what the government can only do is to adopt the mechanism of ' government subsidizing market'. In other words, to cover the deficit of the main body of the investors into the West so as to raise the capital income rate, thus optimizing the resources allocation by making use of market mechanism and ultimately reaching the strategic goal of the Western Development.
