摘要
在建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中,中国经济面临的头号难题是就业问题。过多的失业下岗人员的存在,不但会影响社会经济的稳定发展,也将是改革进一步推进的障碍。因此研究我国的失业状况,创造就业机会,实现充分就业是我国当前重要的宏观目标。
China faces during the process of setting up an economic system of socialist market is employment. Excessive laid - off employees not only influence the steady development of social economy but also become a barrier to the further information. Therefore, to study the unemployment conditions, to create employment opportunity and to realize full employment is important for us at present.
