摘要
在黄土丘陵沟壑区的生态经济系统分析的基础上 ,运用系统工程原采用主客体理论和人地关系论对生态经济恶性循环的成因和良性循环建立进行了剖析 ,土地系统是关键、人类意识是核心。
Based on the ecological economic system analysis of loess hilly gully area,the origin of eco economic vicious cycle and establishment of sound cycle are analyzed in detail with subject object theory and human-land relationship,the key is land system,and the center is the consciousness of mankind.The base of realizing eco economic sound circle is to establish agricultural technology systems which building land and remaining soil and water.
