精液阴道液几种同工酶的研究

摘要 本文介绍我室承担国家自然科学基金资助该课题的研究成果(1987~1990年);①系统地研究了精液/血液中PGM_I亚型、GLOⅠ,阴道液/血液中PGM_I亚型、GLQI、ESD等同工酶遗传多态性的相关性;②精浆和无精子精液的同工酶的活性;③月经周期和性刺激对阴道液上述同工酶活性的影响;④上述同工酶型与某些男女性生殖系统常见疾病的相关性;⑤上述同工酶型在法医学上的应用。 The main achievements of studies of several kinds of isoenzymes in semen and vaginal fluids were presented. After phenotyping PGMj subtype, GLO I , EsD in semen/ blood and vaginal fluid/blood sample-pairs, by using isoelectrophoresis and agarose-star-ch electrophoresis, it was demonstrated that the phenotypes of PGM1 subtype, GLO I in semen and blood from one man were identical and that of PGM1 GLO I , EsD in vaginal fluid and blood from the same woman were exactly alike. The semen-plasma and aspermatozoon-semen could also be typed for PGM1 subtype and GLO I. No variation of activities of PGM1, GLO I , EsD of vaginal fluids taken from different periods of menstruation cycle could be found. Sexual intercourse could increased the activities of isoenzymes in vaginal fluids. By disease correlation analysis, it was found that there was a close correlation between male infertility and PGM1 1-, l-2-, 2- phenotypes and GLO I 1 allele, and there also was a correlation between metra myoma, ovariocystis, cervical carcinoma and GLO I 1 allele. Finally it was shown that typing these isoenzymes in seminal stains or vaginal contents were valuable in forensic medicine practice.
