摘要
利用花粉管通道法将抗Basta除草剂的bar基因导入水稻品系“E32” ,获得转基因植株。抗性鉴定表明 ,转基因植株能充分表达对Basta除草剂的抗性 ;通过对转基因植株后代进行PCR分析 ,证实bar基因已整合到受体植株的基因组中。遗传分析表明 ,bar基因能在有性生殖过程中传递给后代 ,并在T3
Transgenic rice plant was obtained by transferring the herbicide resistant gene bar into rice line 'E32' by pollen-tube pathway method. The transgenic rice plant was proved to have expressed good resistance to herbicide 'Basta'. Analysis of PCR proved the integration of bar gene into the genome of the transgenic plant. Genetic analysis indicated that the bar gene was genetically delivered to the progeny. Breeding lines with consistent resistance were segregated in T 3 generation.
