随着经济发展与科技进步,石油已成为一种全球化的商品,各国为维护自身的利益和发展,都制订本国的石油战略.随着越来越多的国家进入了现代化的发展行列,世界各国对石油的需求与争夺变得更为激烈,其结果不仅关系到国家的经济发展,而且成为国家实力和国际政治经济动荡与否的重要因素之一.于是石油安全问题成了关注的焦点.在专家的建议下,中国的国家石油战略储备制,开始步入快车道.
Presently, oil is something on which China more and more depends in its economic development. The annual oil import of China is around 60-70 million tons. The newly increased oil reserve can not meet the needs of the economic development. Due to stringent oil resources, oil security in China is facing the potential risks of being controlled by others. Following experts' suggestions, China national strategic oil reserve system begins to get on fast track, so as to establish the national oil storage.
