多少年来,国轮国造之声不绝于耳,现实情况不容乐观,呼吁者似乎有点麻木了的感觉.但他们依然在声嘶力竭地呼喊着,因为没有他们的呼喊,"中华巨轮"就会缺乏关注,投入不足,缺少动力,衰败不堪.试想,如此"中华巨轮"怎能在狂飙巨浪的大海上航行?
In recent years, though there has been a strong peal for Chinese vessels to be self-made, the situation is not so optimistic as it should be,The Customs statistics show that from January to May this year, our ship export was 732 million RMB,lower than the same period last year while ship import reached 154 million RMB, up 31.3% for the same period last year. After China's WTO accession, this hanging issue of requiring national ships being built by our own shipyards is again facing new challenges. To break the bottleneck of the given issue requires efforts from both the Government and the shipbuilding enterprises in technology and financing matters for this may be the only way out.
