有关机动车制动性能检测问题的综述

我国因制动不良导致的道路交通事故占事故总数的1/3以上,加强车辆制动性能检测至关重要。我国现有的机动车检测标准在制动效能检测指标限值之间存在予盾,检测方法存在检测设备的局限性和检测中的人为因素等问题,建议对机动车制动性能检测应分类选择制动试验台,加强设备的保养与标定工作等。

The traffic accidents caused by inferior braking performonces of motor vehicles are more than 1/3 proportion in total accidents in our country, it is very important to enhance the vehicle braking performance inspection. There are contradictions between limit values of braking efficiency inspection and measuring indexes in inspection and measuring standards now used for motor vehicles in our country, the limited inspection and measuring methods of inspection and measuring equipment and human factors in inspecting and measuring jobs. It is suggested that the braking test benches should be selected by classifications for inspecting and measuring the braking performance of motor vehicles and the maintenance and calibration of equipments should be enhanced.
