摘要
采用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术对缘毛雀麦 15个类型及无芒雀麦 2个类型的过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶进行了分析 ,明确了其酶谱特征及分布 ,并通过酶谱差别探讨了缘毛雀麦类型之间的差异及这些类型与无芒雀麦的差异 。
Peroxidase isozymes and esterase isozymes of fifteen types of Bromus ciliatus and two types of Bromus inermis were tested by PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). The features and distributions of isozyme zymograms were analyzed for distinguishing the differences,the differences in zymograms among different types of Bromus ciliatus and between these types and two types of Bromus inermis were studied.Reference foundation was provided for distinguishing various type of Bromus ciliatus.
