Progress and current status in sheep and goat breeding research

当今随着经济的发展 ,绵羊业和山羊业已成为畜牧业发展的重要产业 ,并结合生物技术取得了重要成果 ,促进了我国畜牧业的发展。本文综述了绵羊和山羊育种现状和近 2 0年来生物技术在绵羊和山羊育种中的应用 ,内容主要包括转基因技术 ,克隆动物技术 ,胚胎工程技术 。

With the development of social economy , the industry of sheep and goat have become one of the important industry, combined with the biotechnology, which gets great achievement ,improving the development of husbandry industry in China. In this review, it briefly introduces the current status and use of biotechnology in sheep and goat breeding in China in the last 20 years, including the biotechnology such as transgene, cloning embryos engineering, gene mapping and so on.
