摘要
比较分析了以闽牧 4 2、蔗渣和稻草为主料栽培的姬菇产量、生物学效率和蛋白质及氨基酸含量。结果表明 ,闽牧 4 2培养料栽培的姬菇 ,生物学效率最高 ,为 1.14。变量分析表明 ,闽牧 4 2培养料栽培的姬菇比稻草培养料栽培的姬菇增产 6 0 .11% ,差异达极显著水平 ;比蔗渣培养料栽培的姬菇增产 19.2 8% ,差异达显著水平。蔗渣培养料栽培的姬菇比稻草培养料栽培的姬菇增产 34.2 3% ,差异也达到显著水平。三种培养料栽培的姬菇 ,粗蛋白含量均高于 31% ,氨基酸总量三者相近 ,均高于 2 2 % ,E/T值达 37%左右 ,接近FAO/WHO提出的 4 0
The yield, biological efficiency, protein and amino acid contents of Pleurotus cornucopiae cultivated with the composts using Minmu No.42, bagasse and rice straw as main materials were compared and analyzed. The result showed that the biological efficiency of P.cornucopiae cultivated with Minmu No.42 compost was the highest (1.14). The variance analysis indicated that,compared with the yield of P.cornucopiae cultivated with rice straw compost and bagasse compost, the yield increment rate of P.cornucopiae cultivated with Minmu No.42 compost was 60.11% and 19.28% resp., all reached 1% and 5% significant level resp. While the yield increment rate of P.cornucopiae cultivated with bagasse compost was 34.23%, compared with that cultivated with rice straw compost, it reached 5% significant level either. And the crude protein contents of P.cornucopiae cultivated with above mentioned 3 kinds of composts were all over 31%, the total amino acid contents were all over 22%, and the E/T ratios were all around 37%, near the consult model of 40% raised by FAO/WHO.
