Filling Simulation of Gas-assisted Injection Molding

摘要 研究了气体辅助注射成型的特点 ,建立了其充填模拟的数学模型 .针对其中的关键问题——气体穿透界面的求解 ,首次提出了详细的计算模型 .初步的模拟计算获得了与实验一致的结果 . The characteristics of gas assisted injection molding have been investigated, and the mathematical model of the filling simulation is thus established. Aiming at solving the gas penetration interface, which is the key problem in the implementation of the simulation, a detailed calculation model is presented. The simulation results based on this model seem to agree well with the experimental results.
