摘要
纳米结构ZnO及ZnO稀土离子掺杂发光在蓝/蓝绿可见波段和紫外波段存在受激发射,可能成为制备短波长激光、发光半导体重要的候选材料。基于量子限域-发光中心模型,分析了纳米ZnO的激子发光和缺陷发光机制,指出纳米结构ZnO在蓝/蓝绿可见波段和紫外波段发光是通过晶粒内部带隙间的激子复合发光.
Nanocrystals ZnO and Rare earth ion doped porous ZnO can be stimulated emission to luminescent between blue or blue -green band and ultraviolet band. The luminescence may serve as the candidate material for shot -wave length lasers and semiconductor luminescence. Based on the quantum confinement -luminescence center model, the mechanism of Nano ZnO exciton luminescent and delect luminescent are analysed, and the authors point out that Nano ZnO luminescent between blue or blue-green band and ultraviolet band through excitons compound luminescence within Nano crystals energy band-gap.
