基于代数法建立了溶液中平均配位数和缓冲指数计算的新方法.方法仅需对pL及相关lgK进行少量加减有以10为底的乘方运算,因而方法简便,计算误差可预先设置,一般不超过5%.

A new method for the Calculation for average ligand number and buffer index has been presented.The calculation based on algebraic method can be carried out by using addition,subtraction and simple exponent of realative pL and lgK,therefore it is convenient. The relative error≤5%.
