摘要
通过对我国汉族与朝鲜族中学体育教师的学历、年龄、数量等内容的比较 ,找出共同点和不同点 ,分析其不同的原因 ,旨在为更好地提高体育教师的整体素质 。
Through comparing Chinese middle school gym teachers' educational background, age, quatity, etc with Korean middle school gym teachers, the main idea is finding out differences and similarities, analyzing reasons of differences. And in order to improve the quality of middle school gym teacher, some proposals are also offered.
