摘要
报道了用紫外光谱法、红外光谱法和MS法对芦荟提取物中的葸醌类化合物进行分析鉴定 .利用紫外光谱数据确定其结构骨架 ;在红外光谱分析中 ,采用溴化钾压片法测定红外光谱数据提供官能团的有关信息确定可能结构 ;由EI源质谱仪获得芦荟提取物中的葸醌类化合物的MS数据 ,并对它的碎片裂解途径和特征离子进行了辅助分析 。
Analysis of a anthraquinone in the Curasao Aloe by UV,FT IR and GC/MS was reported. Infrared spectrum was obtained by KBr method, many functional groups can be identified by their characteris vibration frequence of the infrared spectrum ,Mass spectrum was obtained by EI source mass spectrometer, the fragmetation pathways and characteristic ions of the anthraquinone was established. The structure of the anthraquinone was identified.
