国有股减持方案设计将在很长一段时间内影响我国市场经济体制建设的完善和发展。方案引发的资本市场结构变化首先将对我国公司制度的发展产生深远影响。本文旨在通过国有股的形成机制、减持目标以及资本市场与公司制度之互动关系来评析在经济结构调整中减持方案设计的相对合理性。

The plan on reducing of state-owned shares will have great influence upon the development of China's market economy system in the long run. Structural changes caused by the plan in capital market will chiefly affect the development of Chinese corporation system. Through discussions on the forming mechanism of state-owned shares,the aim of reduction as well as reciprocal relation between capital market and corporation system,this article is to evaluate the relative rationalization of the reduction planning as part of economic structural readjustments.
