摘要
体制创新是新经济得以生成、发展、壮大的条件 ,表现为创新主体追逐利润最大化的内在动力与外在竞争压力的互动性 ,体制创新必须有理论指导且遵循一般规律。
system innovation is the condition which make new economy emerge,develop and strengthen.It enbodies the interaction between the internal-power of innovation subject seeking the highest profits or benefits and the external competition.System Innovation must be guided by theory and follow common laws.
